We have a dedicated team of staff nurses who take care of the patients round the clock. A separate team of stroke- trained staff nurses is available round the clock for thrombolysis and stroke management.

It is our pride to say that neurology department is the first Super specialty department in Kanyakumari Govt Medical College. We came into existence as a department in 2008.
For the past 18 years, department of neurology has been serving people from all walks of life with exceptional healthcare, serving the people not only from the Kanyakumari district but also across the state.
